According to the school’s arrangement, student who passes the defense is required to fulfill the following duties after defense by the deadline (confirm with your program officer), or your degree conferral will be affected.
1. Upload the final version of thesis to the PKU library via http://www.lib.pku.edu.cn/portal/zy/dzzy/xueweilunwen/tijiaoyaoqiu .
2. Upload the final version of thesis to the Graduate School of PKU via your student portal--研究生院--学位办--提交电子版
3. Submit 2 hard copies of the final version of thesis to C305, SIS. Please note, In addition to the format required before the thesis defense, the two statements below has to be printed out from your student portal and has to have a QR code on each of it:
a) A copy right statement (版权申明)
b) A Originality Statement and Authorization Statement (学位论文原创性声明和使用授权说明) . This one requires the autograph of both the student and the supervisor.
