Please note this is the first round of notification from PKU regarding the PKU Graduation Ceremony and Leaving School Procedure, there will be second round and on, please pay attention to further notes. Also, please note this PKU Graduation Ceremony is for all PKU graduates of 2015, SIS will have our own SIS Graduation Ceremony of 2015 for SIS graduates only, and it is scheduled on July 5, more information has been sent to you via emails already.
1. PKU Special Session on Biye (Graduation) 2015 is now launched, see http://biye.pku.edu.cn/. IMPORANT NOTES WILL BE POSTED ON IT BETWEEN JUNE 25 TO JULY 17.
2. PKU Graduation is scheduled on the morning of July 15, Wednesday, venue is 邱德拔体育馆 （Qiudeba Stadium）, graduates can enter the stadium from 7-8am, entrance will be closed after 8am.
3. For those of you who plan to participate the PKU Graduation Ceremony, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER BETWEEN JUNE 24 TO JULY 1, via bye.pku.edu.cn, click on “研究生出席毕业典礼确认” on the upper right of the webpage, and login with the account name and password of your student portal. Ticket will be assigned ONLY when you register within the required period.
4. Due to limit of space, family and friends will watch a Live TV broadcasting at the Natural Science Building (理科教学楼), not in the stadium with you. Further information will be released later.
5. Online Leaving School (Checking out) System: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU LOGIN THE ONLINE SYSTEM FROM JULY 3 TO JULY 17, via http://biye.pku.edu.cn/, click on “毕业离校系统登录” on the upper right of the webpage. And follow the instructions accordingly. THIS IS THE KEY PROCEDURE OF CHECKING OUT FROM PKU.
6. Official Transcript: for those of you who would like to apply for more copies of official transcript, see below:
Ø Time: from 2pm of July 15 to July 17
Ø Venue: RM 105, Sun Center (新太阳中心)
Please note you will received ONE copy of your official transcript on the day you can collect your PKU diploma (supposedly July 15, TBD), you CANNOT apply for more copies of transcript AFTER YOU CHECKING OUT AND LEAVE BEIDA
