Please note this is the first round of notification from PKU regarding the 2016 PKU Graduation Ceremony, please follow the notes below carefully.

The PKU ceremony is scheduled on 8:30am, Wednesday, July 6 at the Qiudeba Stadium (邱德拔体育馆) near the east gate of PKU. Be noted SIS has a SIS Graduation Ceremony, which is different from the PKU Ceremony, information about the SIS ceremony will be provided seperately.

Online registration of attending the PKU Ceremony is required, procedure is FROM JUNE 16 TO JUNE 26, go to biye.pku.edu.cn, click on “研究生出席毕业典礼确认” on the upper right of the webpage, and login with the same account name and password of your student portal. The system will be CLOSED on 17:00 of JUNE 26, you may NOT be allowed to attend the ceremony if you DO NOT register on time.

Login through on campus network is recommended or you have purchased PKU VPN service ((using PKU resources off campus) through PKU. Browser of IE 9.0 version and above, Google Chrome, or Firefox is recommended.

Based on the registration status mentioned above, TICKET for PKU ceremony is expected to be distributed to graduates around July 1. On the day of the ceremony, graduates need to bring the ticket, PKU campus card, and wear full set of Graduation Gown, Cap and Tassle to enter the stadium.

Due to limit of space, family and friends will watch a Live TV broadcasting of PKU ceremony at the No. 2 Classroom Building (第二教学楼). Further notification to be announced.
