When: After 13:10, July 5, 2017
Where: Lobby of first floor, New Sun Center
How: Through the Self-Service Machine with the Original Copy of your PKU Diploma and Graduation Certificate (to be expected to receive on July 4 or July 5), pay with a Chinese Bank Card or your Campus Card.
Note:
1. You could choose to have the documents sealed with stamps. Envelope will be provided free of charge, you can get the envelope from the staff at Rm 105, New Sun Center, and have the documents sealed and stamped. Be noted the office hours are: 08:10-11:40, 13:10-16:50, afternoon of July 5, and whole day of July 6 and July 7.
2. Within EVERY envelope, it could contain AT MOST one copy of English Translation of Graduation Certificate, one copy of English Translation of Diploma, one copy of Transcript in Chinese and one copy of Transcript in English.
