2017 SIS Graduation Ceremony is scheduled on the morning of July 3, 2017, the arrangements are as follows.

Part 1 Graduation Group Photo Taken

Time: 08:00-09:00,

Venue: in front of Building C of SIS

Note: Students should wear graduation gowns and caps properly for the photo taken as well as attending the ceremony. Group photo taken will be followed by the order of Undergraduate, Double Major, PhD, Non-Degree, and Master Students respectively. Please note students in the international programs belongs to the group of Master student, not the double major.

RMB 20 yuan will charged for the photo, students in the PKU-Sciences Po Program please follow your program officer’s email notification with respect to when and how to make payment.

The photo can be picked up while the student picks up the diploma on July 4 (afternoon) and July 5 (whole day).

Part 2 Ceremony

Time: 09:00-10:20

Venue: Qiu Lin Hall, C101, SIS

Note: Students, family and friends shall be seated in the designated areas.

Part 3 Degree Conferral

Time: 10:20-11:30

Venue: Qiu Lin Hall, C101, SIS

Note: The order will be Non-degree, Double Major, PhD, Master (where international programs students belong to) and undergraduate students. Please follow the instructions of the volunteers on site.
