SIS announces information of 2017 SIS Leaving School Procedure including picking up PKU Diploma and Graduation Certificate as follows.

Time: Afternoon of July 4, Whole Day of July 5, 9:00-11:30am, 1:30-05:00pm

Venue: Lobby of Building A, SIS

Procedure:

1)        Make sure you HAVE COMPLETED the PKU Leaving School Procedure (Online System) and every step in your portal is checked in green EXCEPT the last two steps, 领取毕业证书（pick up diploma） and 办理院系毕业手续 （school/department leaving school procedure）. Information via http:/cn/InternationalExchange/Teaching/0000000098/do.

2)        Bring your red booklet (to those who have borrowed the graduation gown and deposit your red booklet, pls firstly return the full set of gown and get your red booklet back)

3)        Pick up a hard copy of SIS Leaving School Procedure checklist at the entrance of Building A, SIS and follow the instruction of staff on site. The LAST step of the procedure is to pick up your PKU Diploma and Graduation Certificate.

4)        SIS recommends every student perform the leaving school procedure and pick up diploma as well as other graduation documents by his or herself. Under the condition that the student could not make it, please make sure that the person you authorize to bring

a) Authorized Letter (required template available via http:/cn/InternationalExchange/Teaching/0000000056/do),

b) Photocopy of personal ID of both yourself and the person you authorize to
