SIS announces the arrangement of 2016 SIS Graduation and Degree Conferral Ceremony to be held on this Friday, July 1 as follows,

8:00-9:00am, Group Photo Taken of 2016 SIS Graduates

Venue: In front of Building C, SIS

Note: 1, Gown, Cap and Tassel required. The photo will be taken by the order of Non-Degree Seeking Students, Joint Degree Students (Chinese Program), PhD students, MA students and BA students. 2, RMB 20 yuan will be charge in cash on site.

9:00-10:20am, SIS Graduation Ceremony

Venue: C101, SIS

Note: Gown, Cap and Tassel required. Graduates, family and friends need to be seated in the designated area. It is suggested that you reserve seats for yourself and your family/friends before the ceremony starts as normally the seats are limited.

10:20-11:30am, Degree Conferral Ceremony

Venue: C101, SIS

Note: Graduates will be called up to the stage for degree conferral by SIS faculty members, the order will be same as that for photo taken. Please follow the volunteer’s instruction on site.

One more note, it is required that you return all books borrowed from both SIS library and PKU library BY July 5, otherwise, the library system will be closed and it will affect you to complete your leaving school procedure smoothly.
