Introduction to the speaker/主讲人简介

Since August 2021, Sir Danny Alexander drives AIIB's strategic direction, including its sectoral and country priorities, investment strategy and programming, and operating budget. He oversees AIIB's environmental and social policies, other operational policies and their implementation. He also leads on developing the Bank's culture; and on the digital transformation of AIIB. Previously, Alexander served as AIIB's Vice President and Corporate Secretary since joining the Bank in February 2016. He was responsible for governance and the Bank's relations with its shareholders, Board of Governors, and Board of Directors. Before this, he was Chief Secretary to the Treasury of the United Kingdom and was one of the leaders of UK's coalition government between 2010 and 2015. He holds a BA in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of Oxford.

艾德明爵士, 亚洲基础设施投资银行副行长，2021年8月起主管亚投行政策与战略的制定与实施。负责构建银行战略发展方向，包括行业和国别优先战略领域，投资战略和项目规划以及运营预算工作。负责监督银行的环境社会政策，其它运营政策以及政策实施。此外，负责银行文化建设以及数字化转型等工作。他于2016年2月以首位副行长身份加入亚投行，负责银行治理、股东关系以及理事会和董事会各项活动。此前他是组建二战后英国首个联合政府的创建者和领导人之一，担任所属党派首席组阁谈判人。2010至2015年间，他在英国财政部任高级内阁部长，负责金融危机后英财政重振工作。他拥有牛津大学心理、政治和经济学学士学位。
