Dr. Joost Monks，NORRAG执行董事，负责NORRAG（Network for International Policies and Cooperation in Education and Training）日常全面管理以及国际合作伙伴关系拓展。他的专业领域包括全球治理、教育慈善事业、发展研究、高等教育质量保证及监测评估。Dr. Joost Monks先生同时还担任欧洲发展研究所（European Association of Development Institutes）发展学研究国际认证委员会（International Accreditation Council for Development Studies）秘书长。在此之前，Dr. Joost Monks曾就职日内瓦大学，并拥有在国际组织和非营利机构中担任战略顾问的丰富经验。Dr. Joost Monks先生拥有日内瓦高等国际关系级发展研究院（IHEID）的国际关系学士、硕士学位，及日内瓦大学政治经济学博士学位。

 Joost Monks is the Executive Director of NORRAG. He is in charge of NORRAG’s overall management as well as its international development and partnerships. His areas of expertise and interests include global governance, philanthropy in education, development studies, quality assurance in higher education and M&E. He also serves as secretary of the International Accreditation Council for Development Studies (IAC) of the European Association of Development Institutes (EADI). Previously he served as project director for the Rector of the University of Geneva and worked as strategy consultant in a wide range of national and international public and non-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor and a Master Degree in international relations from the Graduate Institute and obtained his PhD in political economics from the University of Geneva.

伍灏殷，bat3652013级本科生，bat365－日内瓦高等国际关系及发展研究院 “3+2”本硕连读联合培养项目入选学员，目前于日内瓦高等国际关系及发展研究院（IHEID）攻读国际事务硕士（Master in International Affairs），并供职于NORRAG，担任研究助理并负责中国地区的伙伴关系拓展工作。
