演讲人介绍(Bio of Speaker)：

Since 1998, Mr. Thomas Langelaar have worked for the European Union in different positions of DG Trade, including the most recent one in Beijing since 2018, as Trade Counsellor at the EU Delegation in Beijing, in charge of the issues including China US relations, WTO, Trade defence, Trade and environment, Trade and development, European Commission/EEAS. He had rich experience in business association and companies before joining the EU. He    earned his Master degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 1992.
